A dessert covered with a very fine white chocolate glaze enriched with chopped Sicilian pistachios. Normanna has a very soft dough, filled with “Green Pistachio of Bronte DOP” cream. An artisan work of high pastry with an intense and enveloping taste.
Ingredients: Type 00 soft wheat flour, butter, sugar, egg yolk, natural yeast, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, glucose syrup, skimmed milk powder, cocoa butter, honey, natural flavors, salt. Filling: pistachio cream with 16% “green pistachio of Bronte DOP” (“green pistachio of Bronte DOP” 45%, sugar, milk powder, extra virgin olive oil, non-hydrogenated vegetable fats (sunflower oil, butter cocoa), emulsifier: soy lecithin, hydrated alcohol, color: E141). Coating: 8% white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, whey powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavoring), 5% “green pistachio from Bronte DOP” grains.
