25 Nov Christmas tree with pistachio cream and dried fruit
Put the pistachio cream into a pastry bag, spread a sheet of baking paper on a baking tray and make circles of different sizes in ascending order.
Once the circles have been created, sprinkle with a layer of pistachio kernels and then add mixed nuts, candied fruit and our pistachios.
Place the baking tray with the circles in the fridge for two hours. Once the circles of cream and dried fruit have set, we can start to assemble our tree, starting with the largest circle and finishing with the smallest, making sure to stick the circles together using the pistachio cream. When the tree is complete, simply sprinkle with icing sugar!
