The 70% extra dark chocolate colomba is a super mouth-watering artisan cake. It is covered in an extra dark chocolate icing with a shower of chocolate drops. The very soft dough is embellished with just as many extra dark chocolate chips. What makes the cake even more unique is the packaging, which is done by hand, with its velvety brown paper.
Ingredients: flour from WHEAT, BUTTER, 15% extra dark chocolate chips (cocoa mass,
sugar, emulsifier: lecithin of SOYA, natural vanilla flavouring), sugar, yolk of EGG, natural yeast (flour FRUMENTO, water), emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, glucose syrup, MILK skimmed cocoa powder, cocoa butter, honey, natural flavouring, salt. Coating: extra dark chocolate 8% (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: cocoa lecithin), natural flavouring, salt. SOYA, natural vanilla flavouring). May contain PISTACHIOS, ALMONDS, HAZELNUTS, MUSTARD AND LUPINE.
