300<\/span> g<\/span> flour<\/span><\/div>\n
120<\/span> g<\/span> icing sugar<\/span><\/div>\n
For the filling<\/div>\n
200<\/span> g<\/span> Winning Pistachio Cream <\/span><\/div>\n
350<\/span> ml<\/span> white yoghurt<\/span><\/div>\n
4<\/span> <\/span> tablespoons of pistachio flour<\/span><\/div>\n
strawberries qb<\/span><\/div>\n
70<\/span> g<\/span> pistachio kernels<\/span><\/div>\n
To garnish <\/div>\n
pistachio cream qb<\/span><\/div>\n
30<\/span> g<\/span> pistachio kernels<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

For the filling:
\nAdd the pistachio cream softened slightly in the microwave (30 seconds will suffice), add the white yoghurt, pistachio flour and mix gently. Place in the refrigerator.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

For the cr\u00eapes:
\nWith a whisk, beat the eggs for 5 minutes then add the milk and mix. Add the sifted flour and icing sugar and mix everything together. Transfer part of the mixture (1 ladleful) into a hot, previously buttered pan and cook about 5 min per side over medium heat. Trim the cr\u00eapes with a knife so that they fit into the pan (optional).<\/p>\n

Assembly:
\nIn a lightly buttered baking dish, arrange a layer of cr\u00eapes and pour the cream that has previously rested in the fridge. Add the cut strawberries until the entire surface is covered.
\nMake another layer of cr\u00eapes and continue until all the ingredients are used up. Finish with a layer of cr\u00eapes, a layer of pistachio cream and a sprinkling of pistachio granules.
\nPlace in the fridge for 30 minutes and serve!<\/p>\n
