Pistachio Cream Valentine's Day Cookies

 250 g flour
 100 g sugar
 125 g butter
 1 eggs
 6 g yeast
 Bronte Pistachio PDO Cream
 vanilla extract
 icing sugar

To make a good recipe in a short time, you have to observe a few very basic steps. First take the butter out of the fridge about an hour before kneading it.

Cut it into pieces and leave it at room temperature. Then add all the ingredients to the flour, kneading it until a soft, smooth and homogeneous dough is obtained.

We roll out the dough with a rolling pin until we obtain a sheet about 1/2 cm high. With a heart-shaped mould, just to be in the theme of a holiday celebrating love, we create an even number of hearts, which we will divide.

With one half, taking a smaller heart-shaped stencil, we cut out and remove the central part.

To form a biscuit we need two moulds, one half of which will be the base, and one half with the heart cut out and removed which will be the top of the biscuit.

Spread the pistachio cream, place the part with the engraved heart on top.

Bake the little hearts you created in the oven at 180° for about 15-20 minutes.

Once baked, dust with icing sugar.
