1 tablespoon peanut butter
130 g oat flakes
50 g raspberries
Vincente pistachio cream qb
1 teaspoon oil

Mash banana with oats. Add peanut butter, mix everything together. Put a spoonful of the mixture into the muffin cups, shaping a cuo with your hands.

Meanwhile, mix the raspberries with a tablespoon of olive oil.
Add a tablespoon of raspberries to the oatmeal cups.

Top with the winning pistachio cream, one hour in the fridge or 15 min in the freezer.
