First pour the flour into a large bowl together with the icing sugar and baking powder Mix the powders, then add the eggs.
Add also the honey and water, then mix well with a whisk to obtain a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
Lightly grease a non-stick frying pan with seed oil, then pour in a scant ladleful of the mixture and cook over a medium heat for a couple of minutes. When the first bubbles start to appear, gently turn the dorayaki with a spatula and cook for minutes on the other side until golden brown. Transfer the cooked dorayaki to a tray and continue in this way until the mixture is used up, taking care to cook the maximum amount at a time.
Fill the dorayaki with winning pistachio cream and winning chocolat cream. Your dorayaki are ready to be enjoyed.
