Making this recipe is really easy!
Provide yourself with a bowl in which you will start to crumble the sponge cake (in this case we used the white one, but you can also use the chocolate one) and then add some yoghurt.

Once a homogeneous mixture is obtained, simply form into balls of equal size, perhaps using a measuring cup; then leave them to rest for 10 to 15 minutes in the refrigerator.

At this point we are ready for coverage!
We will need three small bowls in which we will heat Vincente pistachio cream, Vincente Modica chocolate and orange cream and Vincente pistachio white chocolate in a bain-marie.

After 15 minutes we can take the balls out of the fridge and, thanks to a stick, form our chupa chups!
Now simply frost the balls as desired and leave them to rest in the freezer for a few minutes. When the cream looks slightly firmer, we can cover the chupa chups with pistachio grains, orange peel and coloured sugar balls.
Leave in the freezer for half an hour before serving.
