25 Jan Biscuits with Modica Igp Chocolate Cream and Orange
Making these biscuits is really easy!
You can use ready-made brisée pastry and, with the help of stencils, make the shape you prefer! We used little hearts.
Once you have made the shape, use a knife to create an arm with a little hand, place the little hand on the heart and insert the pistachios.
Bake at 180⁰ for 10 to 15 minutes in a static oven.
Let the biscuits cool and fill them with Vincente creams! In this case we used Vincente pistachio cream and Vincente orange Modica chocolate cream with pistachio granules!
