Bake the potato in a static oven at 200⁰ for an hour and a half and then in a ventilated oven for half an hour at 180⁰. Remove from the oven and cut the potato slightly without splitting it.
Then fill with the Pesto di Pistacchio Vincente, the octopus salad and the stracciatella. Finally add a drizzle of pistachio pesto (which is never enough)!
At this point you are ready to enjoy the super POTATO WIN!
