Classic Almond paste covered with extra dark chocolate 70%: Sicilian ALMOND 55%, sugar, egg white, glucose syrup, stabiliser: sorbitol, honey, invert sugar syrup, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural flavouring, preservative: sorbic acid.
Ingredients coating: Extra Dark Chocolate 8% (Cocoa paste 72% , sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, vanilla extract).
Pistachio Almond Paste covered with white chocolate: Sicilian Almond 30%, Sicilian PISTACHO 20%, sugar, egg white, glucose syrup, stabiliser: sorbitol, honey, invert sugar syrup, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural flavouring, preservative: sorbic acid.
Ingredients coating: White chocolate 8% (sugar, cocoa butter, MILK powder, whey powder, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, vanilla extract).
